All Caves Collect clothing and leather goods are made in small run production in Melbourne, Australia.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be notified with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If your order includes pre-order items, the whole order will be shipped when those items are ready. Please order pre-order and non pre-order items separately if you wish to receive non pre-order items earlier.
Payments can be made securely through our web store. We are also happy to accept direct debits, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for this service.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post, EXPRESS Post service. Parcels require signature upon delivery.
We provide tracking but not insurance. Caves Collect is not liable for any goods lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Caves Collect offers free worldwide shipping.
International orders will be sent via Australia Post, International Air Mail.
We provide tracking but not insurance with International Parcels. Caves Collect is not liable for any goods lost in transit.
Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please research the applicable charges for your country.
If you would like to send an item back to us, please fill out our Application For Exchange Form
If you receive your order and feel like the size or style isn't right for you, you can send it back to us and we'll give you a credit code for our web shop. We do not offer refunds, unless goods are found to be faulty, so please choose carefully!* Please note however, that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item back to us.
Credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of your intent to return the product. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, including Caves Collect drawstring bags. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Credit codes can not be redeemed concurrently with any other voucher code. Caves Collect does not reimburse customs duties for international orders. Returns may be sent with the customers preferred shipping arrangement, however returns will not be accepted after 20 days from original date of delivery.
